About David Kriozere
My experience includes entitling, developing and financing 1,300 apartments and condominiums in San Francisco.
My current work includes serving as Development Partner at Urban Pacific Development, LLC.
Growing up in a family that developed urban housing in downtown Chicago inspired me with how transforming an underutilized site activates community and economic vitality. After spending the first part of my career in corporate finance and marketing, I transitioned to pursue my passion for urban housing development.
My professional contributions have received recognition for innovation by the American Council of Engineering Companies, Architectural Record, California Construction Journal, Civil Engineering Form for Innovation, International Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, Lambda Alpha International, Sales and Marketing Council, San Francisco Business Times and San Francisco Chamber of Commerce.
My role has afforded me personal satisfaction to form relationships and work closely with communities, being entrusted to partner with them developing unique impact projects such as an art trail supporting merchant and neighborhood associations, STEM education program with drones for inner city youth, music mentor program for homeless youth and yoga program for homeless adults.
My credentials include University of Chicago MBA in finance, Indiana University BS in finance, Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Public Accountant and Licensed California Real Estate Broker
Services
Developing your land creates wealth for your family, organization and legacy. In turn, the community benefits from new housing, jobs, city fees and active public realm.
We can achieve this together through a sale or joint venture agreement, as well as an owner’s representation, consulting or advisory arrangement. The first option is risk-free, the second involves partial ownership for additional gain with some risk, while the latter options let you retain full ownership.
My promise is to provide you with transparency as we explore these options. This will give you a full picture how to best serve your financial goals. I can lead the entire development from initial vision through underwriting, due diligence, planning, design, entitlements, bidding, contracting, financing, project management, completion, marketing, lease-up, sale or long-term hold.
